Our foam board wedding seating charts are the most affordable version we sell. At only $150.00 + HST, we will design and print your wedding seating chart.

We also sell seating charts that are printed on acrylic or printed on a mirror.

Do you have the design?

If you have the design, we can print the seating chart for you for as low as $55.00 + HST on white 4mm foam board.

Inkvites requires the file to be sent in a print-ready PDF file. Inkvites is not responsible for errors that are on the supplied file. The file must have graphics that are at least 150 DPI and we highly recommend the text to be vector. If you do not have any design experience, we highly recommend having our experts design the file for you. If you have any questions regarding how to send the file, please contact info@inkvites.ca.

Here at Inkvites we strive to provide low prices with amazing packages. All of our seating charts come with the design included. However, if you already have the design, we can greatly discount the order.

All of our foam board seating charts are printed on 4 mm white foam board at the size of 24" x 36" or 30" x 45". The size of the board depends on your guest count. View the breakdown below:

25 - 300 Guests - 1 Foam Board at 24" x 36"
301 - 500 Guests - 1 Foam Board at 30" x 45"
501 - 600 Guests - 2 Foam Board at 24" x 36"
601- 1000 Guests - 2 Foam Board at 30" x 45"
